By accessing the LUSA website (lusabrasil.com), you accept all the terms and conditions described in this document. If you use our services to make a donation or to register an organization, you also agree to the additional Terms of Use that apply to those features.

LUSA offers a platform that connects donors and social organizations that need resources for their causes. Our main services include:

• Donation of resources: Allows individuals or companies to donate to nonprofits registered on the platform.
• Organization registration: Allows nonprofits to register in order to raise funds from donors safely and transparently.
• Transparency and donation tracking: Tools for donors to follow where the resources they sent end up.

• Provide accurate information: A commitment to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date data when registering or donating.
• Respect intellectual property rights: All content on the website is protected and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
• Responsibility for donations: The donor acknowledges that they are making a voluntary financial contribution to a registered organization.

It is forbidden to use LUSA's services for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or for any activity that violates the rights of third parties. In addition, the following is not permitted:

• Making false or fraudulent donations.
• Sharing misleading or defamatory information, or information that violates the privacy of third parties.
• Modifying or attempting to modify the platform, or accessing unauthorized areas.

When making a donation, you agree that LUSA may use third-party payment service providers to process the transaction. LUSA does not store sensitive payment data, such as credit card numbers, which are handled directly by those partners.

Organizations wishing to raise funds through the platform must:

• Provide the documents and information required for legal validation.
• Keep the organization's data up to date.
• Use the platform lawfully, respecting the standards of good faith and transparency.

LUSA may refuse to register organizations that do not meet these requirements.

All content on the website (text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

LUSA strives to guarantee security and transparency, but is not liable for errors, omissions, technical failures or acts of third parties, including payment providers and partner nonprofits. Nor is it liable for indirect or consequential losses.

LUSA may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page along with the date of the last update. We recommend that you review them periodically.

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
